Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Data Analyst in Netcompany?
As a Senior Data Analyst you will:
- Lead and execute end-to-end data-warehouse and reporting projects using multi-dimensional models and advanced context manipulation.
- Extract, combine, and transform data across multiple environments, including BusinessObjects universes, SQL databases, and flat files.
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and interactive dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.
- Set up and streamline automated publishing, scheduling, and distribution workflows for recurring reports.
- Manipulate, process, and visually map geo-enabled datasets to support spatial reporting requirements.
- Prepare training content and lead interactive training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Draft concise user manuals, FAQs, and operational documentation in clear English.
- Apply analytical rigor, clear written and oral communication, and disciplined time management to prioritize tasks and collaborate within a team environment.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven experience designing and structuring enterprise data warehouse models based on Inmon principles across platforms like Oracle and Sybase IQ.
- Track record of developing interactive dashboards and enterprise reports using SAP Business Objects (Designer & Web Intelligence), Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Plotly Dash.
- Strong expertise in advanced data analysis and complex SQL querying to extract actionable business insights from large datasets.
- Hands-on background building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL integration processes using tools such as IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Apache Spark, or Talend.
- Practical experience leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scripting languages like Python to support modern data management, governance, and analytics.
- Deep functional domain knowledge in banking and fund management, with the ability to translate complex financial business requirements into effective data solutions.
- Excellent command in English (C1+) and any other EU language is a plus.
