Tasks and Technologies

As an IT Consultant, you help translate customer needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the customer. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working with new, varied areas and technologies to continuously increase your knowledge.

A large part of our projects are based on web-based technologies such as Angular or React, and Java or C# on a Java or .NET platform. In addition, we work with many standard platforms from Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire, among others.

Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and develop over time - but your daily work will typically include:

• Analysing and translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions
• Designing high-quality technical solutions and creating comprehensive documentation
• Developing and maintaining efficient, reusable code using best practices
• Conducting testing (unit and manual) to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identifying and troubleshooting bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues
• Managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Communicating progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders and clients
• Collaborating directly with international clients across different domains and geographies

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Studies, Economics, or a related discipline (IT background not strictly required)
• 1-3 years of professional experience after graduation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithmic thinking
• Ability to articulate solutions using pseudocode or practical tools
• Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas for data analysis
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to cooperate directly with external customers
• Structured, methodical, and proactive approach to work

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with web technologies (Java, React, Angular)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Background in business analysis or project coordination
• Experience working with international or distributed teams
