Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior System Integration & Workflow Specialist in Netcompany?

As a Senior System Integration & Workflow Specialist, you will:

• Design, plan, implement integration strategies and patterns in a JEE/HTTP secured ecosystem.
• Apply best practices of distributed architecture to solve complex integration problems between information systems.
• Design, implement and document APIs to be exposed in a secured manner on a public facing API Gateway.
• Design, plan, implement and deploy workflows: business process definition and task definition (service or user tasks) relying on APIs and business events. 
• Work in a container-based infrastructure.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 12+ years of experience in backend development, system integration, and API architecture
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions, including REST/SOAP APIs, secure API gateways, and distributed system architectures
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JEE) and reactive frameworks such as Vert.x, with hands-on experience in building scalable, event-driven systems
• Solid experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js), enabling collaboration in full-stack and cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in workflow design and orchestration, including business process modeling and implementation using APIs and event-driven patterns
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous communication and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and JMS, applying publish/subscribe and event streaming patterns
• Solid experience with NoSQL (MongoDB), relational, and graph databases, ensuring efficient data integration and flow across systems
• Strong command of containerized and cloud-native environments (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes), including CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation
• Advanced understanding of API security and application security practices, including SAST, DAST, and penetration testing methodologies
• Experience with integration testing, performance optimization, and system reliability in complex enterprise environments
