Job Description
Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany?
As a Application Support Agent Junior you will:
- Receive, log, and manage user requests, incidents, and inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and identifying appropriate solutions or actions.
- Ensure end-users are regularly informed about the status and progress of their requests.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand and define their needs for the evaluation process.
- Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to staff on relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to align user needs with system improvements.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of documentation, manuals, and knowledge-sharing materials.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Higher education or equivalent overall experience.
- At least two year of successful experience in application support.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand processes.
- Hands on experience working with a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory.
- Being a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
- Experience with European Institutions is a significant plus.
