Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany? 
As an Application Support Agent Junior you will:

  • Provide individual support, including:
    - Remote assistance via phone and the ServiceNow platform
    - On-site support (potentially in collaboration with pensioner associations) to assist users in configuring authentication methods such as the EU Login application, security keys, and e-ID
  • Log and follow up on incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Guide users through technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions in both French and English for groups of up to 20 participants, and offer personalized follow-up support upon request
  • Organize and deliver webinars to guide pensioners through the process of setting up and using new authentication methods
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Patient and empathetic, particularly when assisting users with low digital literacy
  • Strong active listening skills to address user concerns effectively
  • Familiarity with authentication tools (e.g., mobile apps, security keys, e-ID)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow (a plus)
  • Ability to deliver clear, structured training sessions and webinars
  • Being comfortable supporting elderly users with varying levels of technical ability
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative in international, multicultural settings
