Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Logistic Support Operator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Logistic Support Operator, you will:

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues
• Prepare, install, and configure desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records
• Coordinate hardware deliveries and handle device logistics
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed
• Support users with day-to-day IT requests and maintain service quality
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the logistical management of goods and services
• Proven ability to effectively engage and liaise with end users
• Proficiency in using IT tools for business management
• Fluency in both English and French
• Willingness and availability to work onsite five days a week
