Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and implement HR Operations, Total Reward and Global Mobility strategies and processes. You will also ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, while continuously seeking improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across these HR functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

HR Operations

  • Lead HR operations efforts, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO certifications, and internal HR policies.
  • Recognize and implement improvements in HR processes and ensure high-quality HR data and deliverables across global locations.
  • Identify automation opportunities for all HR processes and translate them into business requirement for system design and implementation.

Total Reward

  • Support the annual Compensation and Benefits review processes, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
  • Provide data analysis and benchmarking insights to shape compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Coordinate Compensation & Benefits activities, including year-end reviews and salary adjustments across the business.

Global Mobility

  • Lead the Global Mobility Center of Excellence, supporting employee short- and long-term assignments and liaising with vendors and assignees to meet business needs.
  • Partner with tax, immigration and employment experts to manage all aspects of global mobility including cost estimates.
  • Continuously improve Global Mobility strategies and processes, expanding to emerging markets while ensuring compliance.

This role is based in one of our offices in Europe and will involve occasional travel to other locations. This exciting role reports to the Group Head of HR Operations, Total Reward and Global Mobility who is based in London, UK. Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of working across HR disciplines in a global context.
  • Skilled in HR Operations, with a solid grasp of compliance requirements, including GDPR and ISO certifications.
  • Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits practices, with a strong understanding of annual review cycles, salary benchmarking, and incentive schemes.
  • Experienced in global mobility processes, with the ability to handle complex mobility needs in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Comfortable analyzing data to provide strategic insights and decision-making support.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively at all levels, with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and possess a relevant Master’s degree.
