M365 System Administrator

Are you ready for a sneak-peek regarding the main tasks of a System Administrator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

• Help to drive the adoption of M365 based modern workplace technologies;
• Implement solutions within M365 services; ex: maintain up to date Windows application control, implement security recommendation.
• Management of Endpoints using Intune hands-on support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Collaborate with team members to analyse information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions;
• Provide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in your area of expertise;
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards for endpoints;
• Comply with the Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration & maintenance
• Deliver technical project documentation (procedure/ configuration/ guides)

What would make you a fit for the role:

• At least 5 years of working experience related to the tasks described above.
• In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment);
• Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: Mobile Device and Workplace Management, including: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, patching, Power Shell, packaging, PKI, Azure Security Centre. 
• Bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience;
• Proficient communication skills, orally and in writing in English. 

What is an important asset for the role:

• General knowledge of networking and ICT infrastructure and systems;
• System engineer expertise with knowledge of on premise AD
• User Identity Management, including: Azure Active Directory, Licences Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection, etc.
• Knowledge of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams Office 365, etc.
