Job Description

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Project Training & Support Manager and Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

Joining us as a Projects Training & Support Manager and Consultant, you will have the responsibility for effectively supporting and delivering training and support to end users on relevant s/w applications within the public sector, aiming to enable them to use the application productively in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

As Project Training & Support Manager and Consultant you will: 
•    Participation in the execution of the project Training Plan and On site Support Plan for the rollout of an information system in multiple sites throughout Greece
•    Acquire adequate business know how of the information system applications and coordinate with Customer, the Project Manager, the Core Business Teams and the Implementation Team of the information system
•    Close collaboration with the customer local responsibles of the Customer in multiple sites in  Greece
•    Conducting  continuous visits to training venues in multiple sites in Greece in order to manage and Monitor the smooth execution of training
•    Detailed planning and monitoring of the training services provision and the development and monitoring of a detailed training schedule, along with its agreement with the customer.
•    Review of the training materials to be produced by the project team
•    Monitoring and ensuring the quality of training services, together with the Project Quality Manager
•    Oversee the preparation of the classrooms, infrastructure, access and tools required for each training activity, in collaboration with the internal project teams and monitor customer prerequisites and readiness
•    Ensure that training records are distributed, completed, collected and processed in order to be included in reports
•    Coordination and preparation of project training services reporting
•    Collaboration with the Project Manager for the coordination of Trainers and monitoring the progress of the training

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines or Higher Education Degree
  • Experience with ticketing/issue tracking systems such as Atlassian’s JIRA or other ticketing tool
  • Experience in being the liaison with other teams to identify issues and support issue resolution
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • Good presentation skills
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Availability to travel on a weekly basis to various  locations across Greece

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Previous experience at least 5 years in business applications training and user support services, preferably within the public sector
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
