Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Project Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a IT Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Planning, executing and completing IT projects related to the implementation of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products;
• Manage the project to achieve the project outcomes and procedure objectives (time, cost, quality);
• Manage economical and sustainable use of resources;
• Lead the reporting system (operational and financial) and provide of comprehensive, regular, and situational information to project steering;
• Lead stakeholder management and assurance of the involvement of eligible stakeholders;
• Lead quality and risk management.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relative discipline;
• Certified in internationally recognized project management qualification; (e.g. PMP, IPMA, ICP or PMI-ACP or CSM, CompTIA Project+ or Prince2 or equivalent) or equivalent;
• At least 5 years' experience in managing information technology projects in the field of information systems development (modernization), implementation, service management and progress control, project risk management, quality control of service delivery, and managing a team of specialists involved in the execution of the contract;
• Experience managing projects for the development or modernization of an information system with a value of at least EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT;
• Proven experience in managing implementation of COTS products and/or enterprise software;
• Previous experience in managing projects within Public Sector is a strong asset;
• Technical background in IT is a strong asset;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask;
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.
