Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Equipment & Logistics Administrative Assistant in Netcompany? 
As an IT Equipment & Logistics Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Analyze and process IT equipment requests from end-users.
  • Assist with the logistical process, including order follow-up and receipt.
  • Manage daily stock, orders, and coordinate planning and stock activities.
  • Contact users (by phone and email) to arrange IT equipment deliveries.
  • Create and manage field technician work orders.
  • Prepare basic activity reports.
  • Contribute to drafting operational procedures.
  • Supervise small-scale work projects.
  • Deliver laptops to users and assist with initial setup.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of IT consumer market products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to organize delivery schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability in dynamic environments.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Knowledge of EU institutions and experience with the European Commission.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT logistics processes.
