Job Description

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Full Stack Engineer in Netcompany? 

Joining us as a Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to become part of highly skilled, agile product development teams delivering large-scale digital transformation projects that make a real impact. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality software solutions.

As a Full Stack Engineer you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand business requirements and propose effective technical solutions
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable code and application libraries
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Provide technical assessments, estimate development tasks, and conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with React.js and Java
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding of modern software development principles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
