Job Description
What does it feel like to be an HR Business Partner in Netcompany?
Our HR Business Partner, will be part of the HR team in Athens and will be assigned to serve multiple departments in our organization across different geographies. The position's focus is to align our people strategy with our business strategy, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related matters, providing coaching, guidance, advice, and assistance to people managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner you will:
- Provide HR support and advice on human resources issues to both People Managers and employees related to organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, compensation & benefits, and policies & procedures
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify the recruitment needs, monitor the recruitment process, conduct the HR interview, participate in the selection process, and handle the job offer process
- Implement the annual performance management process, providing advice to Directors, Managers and employees throughout the year
- Participate in the calibration meetings, providing all the necessary information to Managers and bringing the HR point of view for decision making
- Discuss the learning needs, monitor the evolution of the individual development plans and provide relevant input to the L&D team
- Use and analyze People data and dashboards to help the business make informed people decisions
- Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture and continuously improve the employee experience
- Build communication channels with employees and stay up-to-date on work-related matters
- Collaborate closely with the CoEs and provide input from the business.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- At least 4-5 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- MSc in Human Resources or another relevant degree
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices & methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of HRIS and Application Tracking systems
- Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments
- Excellent command of the English language (oral & written)
- Relevant experience in the ICT sector will be considered as an asset.
